"In late June, 2018, we hired Eric to do an inspection on our pool pump and also to put in two LED light systems where our regular lights USED to be!!! I had read, from previous people's reviews that Eric was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about pools and we DEFINITELY found that to be the case!!! Not ONLY did he seem to know EVERYTHING about pools, he explained EVERYTHING to us on how it worked, as well!!! We also found him to be honest, friendly, polite and EXTREMELY easy to work with!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend Eric to ANYONE who needs service and/or work done on their pool or spa and we will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Eric IF we have ANY pool problems in the future!!! "My husband and I were very cautious when it came to selecting someone to entrust with our pool. Ronnie from TradeMark Pools is one of the gentlemen that came out to quote for resurfacing our pool. I felt like he was very trustworthy, and the price seemed reasonable compared to other companies. I was told Charlie was going to be a Project Manager. Charlie made everything go smoothly, always listened to any special requests I had and was eager to make sure it was done the way that I wanted. Believe me, I am very picky. Leaving me happy and satisfied. Jorge was the head guy for demolition. Jorge and his team made the biggest mess, I thought he could never get my yard looking decent again. Jorge made sure he and his team left my back yard looking good spotless. I highly recommend Ronnie, Charlie and Jorge and his team they are an A+ in my book. Everything was done over and above anything I could have wanted. I would definitely request Ronnie, Charlie, and Jorge and his team in any future projects... He explained the problem well and then went over all repair/replace options with me . He was kind to my dogs......a big plus! "I originally made contact with Andrew, the owner, asking if he could maintain the pool at my parents house as they are getting older and cannot maintain it on their own. Andrew and his company stepped up in my time of need after a few other companies would not return my calls. Although the area where my parents live is a little bit out in the country from where their main customers in the city are located, Andrew said that he would make it work. True to his word, his company has been taking care of the pool for the last 3 months or so. My parents have been extremely happy with the service and I am extremely grateful for the work that Andrew and his team have provided."
