Ken's Air

Ken is like a savior. He is a very hard worker. Very knowledgeable, kind and caring. In 2 and one half hours, he took apart my gas wall furnace and completely cleaned it. He replaced the thermocoupler. Bell Brothers had come out and didn't even take the time to look to see what was wrong with it and said for $2000 they could fix it and for $4,000 they could replace the unit. Ken was very concerned about the safety features of the gas wall furnace and had me place my carbon monoxide detector closer to the unit. In the future I will probably have him install a mini split heater air conditioner. My dad was a Ken.

Got rr done fast

My AC wasn't cooling enough and Ken came out to take a look at it and see if he could fix it. I am happy to say we now have cool AC. Ken was very helpful and honest and explained everything that was going on with it.

Ken did an excellent job servicing our HVAC system. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the faulty 7.5µF capacitor with precision. In addition to the repair, he thoroughly cleaned the blower wheel. Ken was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous throughout the visit.

Ken changed two airconditioner parts and charged me $575.00. But the problem was not fixed. AC is still blowing hot air. This guy is a crook. I don't recommend this guy named KEN.

This man was a complete pro in every way--communication was quick and easy, he has shown up exactly when he said he would BOTH times we've had him out. He's knowledgeable and helps us learn. He's also kind and you can tell he likes to serve people. Pricing was more than fair. Best repair service I've ever had. I wish there was a Ken in every sector.

Ken is a very respectable and honest person in this business. He did what was required and nothing more to pressure me to do. He has great knowledge of the work and explains everything that needs to be done. I can say that I was 0 for 3 in getting honest AC repairmen, but now I have found the right person. Ken's Air is very professional. He arrived when he said he would and serviced my air-conditioning unit promptly!

After he checked the system, decided to add some freon. He said he added 2 lbs without showing me.Charged me 1.5 Hrs for service. After he left, my system still blowing hot air.

Ken was great. Responded right away. Came soon and figured out our problems fairly quickly. Made the necessary repairs, plus he was able to service our HVAC unit. Everything was done in a short time. Very friendly. Good work. We will definitely have Ken do our annual checkup! We were so grateful to have our A/C cool our 2-story home in little time, especially during these awful triple digit temps weâ ve been experiencing! ð ð
