Mr. Eds Plumbing & Rooter Service

Mr. is a plumber of course of course. I called him and he was responsive. He came out and I needed more work done than what we had planned. He took care of it all. He was very professional and the work was quality. If you ever need a plumber, please be sure to call Ed. I have used other plumbing services in the past for other issues but this guy has it down. No hidden costs, he has all the costs for each thing in writing in his folder and they are very reasonable.

Prompt, Professional and Proficient. Edward was here when he said he would be, finished the work when he said he would and charged me what I was quoted. Install looks better than previous install, I'm ready to go. Also, wasn't afraid to provide me an idea of how much the cost would be over the phone where everyone else I called wouldn't. That says a lot about this company's integrity right there.

Today I had the best experience with Mr. Ed's Plumbing! This is a family business and they take great pride in their work. Mr. Anthony Sharde and his brother came to repair/install my garbage disposal; they are two of the most amazing young human beings. I was pretty worried to have my plumbing serviced due to COVID-19, but they came fully prepared with masks, maintained social distance, and we enjoyed some great conversation while they fixing the problem. They also made recommendations for moving forward (making sure my 17-year-old sink had new pipes to ensure best future performance on my new garbage disposal). They are now my go-to plumbing company; great suggestions and great work from good people. I will refer them to everybody I know.

Mr. Ed's Plumbing has completed several jobs for me and they were all done to a high quality standard; this includes fixing leaks andreplacing faucets, toilets and electronic sprinkler valves. Mr. Ed and his employees were all friendly, professional and communicated well.

This was a emergence with over flow in garage and kitchen sink, used Angie List and talked to a couple of plumber and their cost were over S225.00 just to come out and rotor router out, and it was after 4:00 so one couldn't come till next day. Ed's called and he said he could be there between 5:30 and 6:30 and he was under $200.00 he showed up about 6:00 and was very professional and went right to work and had our problem fix'd within 30 to 45 minutes. Plus 30 day guarantee if not fixed, its been over a week and ever thing is working fine. I have recommend to others.

Ed was prompt and fair. He came and installed the water heater the same day I called him. He stayed out that night until almost 11 and replaced our water heater. When the city came came and noticed something else needed to be completed in order to pass, he came out at no cost and made sure the job was done. I would highly recommend Ed and use him in the future.
