"Thanks for your feedback Ms. [Member Name Removed], we apologize that you don't feel as though you got value in our service for $149. Our technician did run a sewer camera down your line (at no charge) and it clearly shows a break in the line approx. 23' from where he put the machine in. I believe there was a mixup and because you weren't able to be home he couldn't show the photos to you - sorry for that confusion. We have copies of the images and would be more than happy to show them to you. Unfortunately, once a line has been compromised the only real way to fix is to replace the section (and there are a variety of ways of doing this). Sadly, running a larger blade down the line does not solve the problem, but actually can make it much worse (although you won't notice this right away) by further damaging the pipe and allowing more spacing for roots to invade. There are a variety of cable heads all of which serve different purposes. It is not our policy to speak poorly of other companies, but I'd politely ask to get a third opinion with a reputable company that can verify the break with their own sewer camera and verify what I'm saying.
