Sam from GoGo Rooter did a great job. Could not repair our Garbage Disposal so we had to replace it. Sam went to Home Depot and bought the same replacement type. Kept area very clean, and removed all debris before he left. Hard, dedicated worker. Will call GoGo Rooter any time I have a plumbing problem. Good job Sam!

From my first phone contact with Lonny and through the finished project with Jermaine, we couldnâ t have been happier! Lonny was joyful and super friendly on the phone. He also made sure to inform me what, when and how the process would happen. The plumber, Jermaine arrived when expected. He was courteous and kind. He listened to our concerns and finished the job quickly, efficiently and was very clean. He even listened to my 90 year old father tell one of his stories (which made my dadâ s day)! Great experience and great customer service! I definitely will use them again, if neededâ ¦and, certainly recommend Go-Go Rooter!

Gogo Rooter sent Joseph to help us immediately upon request during the Memorial Day long weekend. Joseph is professional and got our kitchen sink unclogged in no time. They even offered free inspection of our whole plumbing system in the crawl space! Highly recommended!!

They were unprofessional, took too long. They still have not completed the job. We went two days without running water. They sent different people out. They tried to say that the piping one worker used should have been a different size and wanted to charge an additional amount to correct it that their worker did. They tried to say that what they originally charged was not enough and that it was only for repairs not re-piping when they were clearly told it was for repiping. Repiping was the whole point of my project. They price gouge and send out workers that are not knowledgeable enough to work on their own. They also have another company called Allstar plumbing. They use two different names. They should only be used for repairs and not re-piping if that. You have been warned, so proceed with caution.

The expert staff was able to immediately diagnose the problem with our in-sink errator and kitchen sink and was able to fix it. Brought all the necessary tools and equipment. I needed a plumber to take a look at my water filter, and low water pressure to a couple of faucets. I called Gogo Rooter at the suggestion of a friend of mine. Jim came out in about 40 minutes, took a look around, and it turned out that the problem was calcium coming from my water heater. Jim gave me a reasonable estimate to flush the water heater, and cleaned the aerators, and the water filter for free! Customer centric company and staff. Thank you Gogo Rooter.

Gogo Rooter Plumbing is the most reliable and honest plumbing company. They are very professional and get the job done right. I had a toilet clog, and they came to take care of it within a hour. They really know what they are doing, very well trained and very nice people. I had no issues with this company, will be calling back anytime I have a plumbing issue in my home.

During the epidemic finding a reasonable plumbing company to come into your home is very hard! Thankfully Gogo Rooter Plumbing came very safely to my home. They took absolutely all the measures in order to follow regulations, I could not wait any longer as my toilet was extremely clogged! They came and took care of the job, they didn't charge a arm and a leg as other nearby companies were! I will definitely use them again!

I have worked with many other plumbing companies, but they have never worked as hard and quick as Gogo Rooter Plumbing. The customer service offered was amazing, they were very professional and even came out to my home the same day I called them. The way they fixed my leak was from the initial point of the issue, they did not halfway do the job. I appreciate the honesty and results of their work. I highly recommend them.
