My toilet in the master bathroom had been clogged for a few days and nothing I did worked. He had it unclogged in less than 10 minutes and explained everything so clearly. He went above and beyond; I mentioned (in passing) that I'll call him back for another job because the sink in the bedroom and shower were not working. He went to the hardware store, bought a new faucet & shower head, and installed them for me right then and there! His work ethics were impeccable, he was well-mannered, courteous, respectful, and explained what he was doing step by step. I've never had a plumber of this caliber. They also installed all vanities for bathrooms taking care to make sure there were no openings under the cabinets for mice to squeeze in.
