"Armando from Express Sewer and Drain assessed the repair and gave me estimates for replacing the ball valve and repairing the section to restore water to the pipe that provides water my front yard irrigation. He was fast, and efficient and is an excellent communicator. He answered all of my questions and provided options, and the recommended fix. I couldn't be happier with his work! Very happy with the price of repairs as well! Express Sewer and Drains pricing is half of the cost of the area's larger Plumbing service estimate. Icing on the cake is that when I told Armando that we had low water pressure in our Master Bathroom, he suggested a couple of things to check. We thought we were looking at needing to re-plumb the pipes into the Master Bath. I did what he suggested and like magic, we have restored water pressure without needing an expensive repair! "I also inquired as to several other projects I may or may not have done in the future.  One was the best way to get hot water into the kitchen and guest bath faster as I am having to run the hot water valve a long time to get hot water.  We also looked at my hot water heater to see if it was giving off any unusual amounts of calcium/iron deposits as I have some stains on my sinks that appear to be from that source.  Hot water heater seems ok for now.  Mike also gave me ideas on how to clean the calcium deposits and wax the master bath sink surface to have sink look shiny again. Last resort I could replace sinks. I inquired into having my spa tub motor serviced and Mike made a suggestion as to who could do a good job. There was never any pressure to do any additional work which I very much appreciated.
