Person showed up on time. Explain what he was going to do step by step. Told me the cost and I agree to the amount. The work was done on site and completely in a timely matter. Looks great. Will use the person again.

This was a challenging job and Precision Glasswork rose to the challenge and lived up to our expectations. Their back office was well organized, the installation crew were total pros -- both careful and precise -- and the pre-measured mirrors all fit like gloves. Precision Glasswork is busy and glass is exacting work. For us, it was worth waiting for a time-slot to open up for our work to get on their calendar.

They did a good job. They followed up, they did everything they said they gonna do, and a good company. They were able to troubleshoot the problem right away and very thorough.

these guys are simply great. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING! They were prompt in following up with me and working within my compressed schedule. Someone came out to assess the job immediately and two days later it was done - minimal disruption to us and they even cleaned up after themselves (how often does that happen?). Highly recommended.

AMAZING. 10+ It was a little difficult to get initial contact (I think they just hired a new office manager), but once we connected the boys were very communicative by email and phone. I sent some photos and they provided a quote over the phone. I was amazed how much detail and care they put into my issue (so many others dismissed my issue as small or tried to tell me I had to replace the whole enclosure). We booked an appointment for the next day and the guys arrived on time. They cleaned out the existing sealant, removed the clips and found the issue right away. The original installer did not properly seal around the clips. Guys resealed everything and we've yet to have a leak. I was impressed by their communication and professionalism. Hard to find. Highly recommend and would use in the future.

Getting someone to repair an existing frameless glass shower door can be difficult if you don't know who originally installed it - most companies are just interested in selling/installing new ones. I very much appreciated Precision Glasswork for coming out to do a fairly straightforward re-seal of my shower door - scheduling was very easy and work was performed with high quality.

They did an excellent job.

Chad was great as usual.  I'm a General Contractor and wouldn't use anyone else, regardless if it saved me a buck or not.  The service and reliability are worth far more than anything else, especially lost time.

Chad and I spoke about the scope of the work that needed to be done and Brad came out to assess and measure the windows.
The old doors were removed and new ones installed in one day.  This was a time-consuming job but everything went well.
  I have since used them in September 2015 to build a new screen for a large window and it was also well done.  I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled company. The customer service is exceptional, extremely responsive and easy estimate and scheduling experience. They showed up on time and finished quickly, and followed up to ensure I was happy with the work. The company is well run and they are experts in glass; they know what they are doing. My job was small, less than the minimum charge, but worth every penny. I highly recommend Precision Glass.

Chad and his team showed up on time and ready to work. The mirror in my bathroom was shattered so they lined the entire bathroom with drop cloths to catch all the small pieces of glass. After they installed the mirror they took the time to clean everything up and shop vac'd the bathroom, twice for good measure.  Very nice guys, very professional. I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Chad and his team. They were responsive, knowledgeable and were very accommodating with our short time lime. They walked us through all of our options and explained everything in detail. Not only did they offer a fair price they even threw in two extra glass panes for our kitchen cabinets at no extra charge! We will be sure to use Precision Glasswork, Inc for our future needs.

I went to Angie's List and thank my lucky stars I found Chad and Precision Glasswork.  He responded to my original email the same day and kept me informed throughout the entire process from ordering the glass to when the installers would arrive at my house.  They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely professional.  I hope I don't need another glass door replaced anytime soon, but if I did I wouldn't waste time looking for anyone else to do the job.  I would highly recommend them to all.

Beautiful design--superior quality. The team is professional, knowledgeable, ahead of schedule.  The product is gorgeous.  Wouldn't change a thing.  Chad (the owner)--is more than responsive.

They were friendly. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and their price was fair. They were very upfront about what to expect, and their service people were very good and informed. They got right to work. I had a positive experience with them.

I can't say enough good things about Chad and his crew. I received estimates from three contractors and, even though Precision had the most experience with the kind of work we needed for our very minimalist modern home, the best website, and seemed the most professional in our initial meeting, his price was also significantly lower than the other companies. (Like, crazy lower. I still can't believe it.)  
He was flexible and worked around our sometimes (often) crazy schedule with multiple other trades. He was creative in helping us achieve the clean look we wanted, drawing both on his own experience and researching when needed, and his installers are top-notch. The floors, walls, ceilings, and whatever else in your house might not be perfectly plumb and level, but you can be sure the glass he installs will be. We dealt with dozens of contractors in the course of a major renovation, and Chad is at the top of a short list of *maybe* 2 or 3 I'd use again and recommend to friends.

Working with Precision Glasswork Inc. was a real pleasure! Chad was professional and super responsive. He was able to get my work completed in the very short turn around that I needed. My bathroom looks great! Believe it or not, the glass they installed makes my tiny bathroom look bigger!  Looking forward to working with him again!
