"Furnace wouldn't light, and no heat to half the house. Nick came out and fixed the furnace right way, even inviting me to watch while he explained what he was doing. Came back the next morning at 8 to replace all the duct work, stopping only to show me the damage done by ground squirrels building a nest inside. It was a dirty, back-breaking job crawling under the house, but he never complained, and, when he left, every bit of debris was bagged and taken away.
