Case in point, we had Daniel come out to do our summer A/C maintenance. Daniel discovered that coils were bad and leaking coolant. We received our quote for the parts and repair. The cost was estimated at $3k (ouch!) Parts were ordered and Daniel came out within a weeks' time. Daniel was able to save us $1,300 as he discovered that after fixing the Nitrogen leak and replacing the refrigerant there was no need to replace the coils. I spoke to the manager Tyson Freeman and he introduced me to Aaron Husak who advises and configures the units. Aaron came to my home and examined the old system and fully explained the options and costs. I chose the new system. Justin Howard called me the next day and scheduled the installation for the next Monday. They were willing to fit the install to my schedule. Justin kept me informed of the project timeline. Alexander Cisneros and Jesus Echeverria came early Monday morning and got right to work. Anthony Madrid soon joined them and reviewed the project and made sure everything was right. Pedro Cervantes came a little later and provided installation counsel and assistance. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The installation went smoothly with a minimum of disruption. Alex and Jesus answered any questions I had about the equipment or installation. They were neat and tidy. They explained how the system worked and how to operate it. Everyone was positive and happy in the tasks they had. I will continue to use their services for maintaining my HVAC system."

"The services were performed by Bruce R, employee number 138. His work was excellent. My only complaint has nothing to do with Bruce or his work. We scheduled this appt well in advance, and purchased the needed toilet and faucets, all of which we had sitting in the living room in anticipation of Bonney's visit. Bruce was part way through the annual BAM inspection when his office contacted him and asked him to find out if we would be willing to reschedule everything but the inspection because they had some kind of scheduling conflict! I refused to reschedule because it would be a major inconvenience for us! To me, the message from Bonney was that someone else's appt was more important than ours. We have been loyal Bonney customers for many years and deserve better than that. Again, the work performed by Bruce was excellent. Frankly, that's always been the case with work performed by Bonney; however, they may need to get their act together on the scheduling side of the equation.
