They took out the old one so I could repair the damage to the cabinets they returned after the cabinet repair was made to install the new dishwasher. The told me I had to unplug the garbage disposal to use the dishwasher or have an electrician split the outlet. I called their office about getting an electrician and they told the technician to hardwire it as the other one had been. When they pulled it out to hardwire I noticed that the insulation had not been placed around the dishwasher. They then went and retrieved the insulation and added it. Total cost over $1000. I could have had Home Depot install it for $100 if I even really needed a. new dishwasher."
