"Scott Fanatizzo was our plumber. First he turned off the water going to all the toilets. Then went outside to check the pressure valve to the house. It was not working and the pressure coming through the house was the same (121) as from the city to the house. After installing a new pressure valve outside, he checked all the toilets inside and found that only one needed the inners replaced. Problem solved. Scott was polite, neat and efficient! He called and left a voice message alerting me that he would be early, plus I received an email from the company telling the name of the plumber that would be doing the work along with his picture. Awesome customer service!! Great company!!"

I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday.
