I had a drainage issue around a building on a concrete pad on my property. Jake, the proprietor, visited, assessed the issue and made a plan to put channel drains in the concrete pad to drain the water. He was able to put two well placed drains in the areas needing drainage. We have since had two heavy rains. No water has collected and the drains functioned perfectly. Price was very reasonable and Jake was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Jake and his team arrived on time at the promised scheduled date! I personally have an extremely busy work schedule and I really appreciated the diligence KainBrook took to help me to focus on the necessary scope of work prior to receiving the contract. I had them water test the new drainage system, we are very pleased. They completed the work before my son’s birthday party as promised, the wifey was stoked 🙏🏻! Thank you KainBrook!
