"I just want to comment on Justin, who came out to repair air conditioner yesterday. He was polite, courteous, cared about my house, and explained things very well. After consideration, I made a decision to get a new a/c/heating unit installed. The work is just being started today, so can't comment on that yet, but very pleased with Justin. Yes, the cost is a shock for sure, but I feel this is my best course of action and if all the employees care as much as Justin, I am sure I will be very satisfied."

"There was some good and some bad. The water heater they brought was damaged and rather than authorize the purchase of a new water heater at a Home Depot that was closer to my home, they had to return the damaged water heater to a Home Depot where they had picked it up. This extended the time to do the job by 2 1/2 hours. The technician however worked through a number of problems in the installation and successfully installed the water heater, so I will give them a 5.0 star for work quality. The price was a little more expensive than I thought was reasonable but not outrageous."
