"Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

"Our first interactions were with Will who came to see our house and design the ideal system. He was very helpful and absolutely saved us by arranging for us to have two portable AC units installed for a couple of weeks while we waited for our system to be installed. It was so hot in our house and our kids weren't sleeping. Such a nice thing for them to provide AND to even set-up for us! 
We had 2-3 guys working at our house for most of a week. They were friendly and very hard working. I was amazed by all that they did, and much of it in an extremely hot attic. The system is set-up in our attic and comes in through the vents to the bedrooms. We also have a wall mount unit in our kitchen to heat and cool the downstairs. So far we are very happy with both systems. Previously we have had central heat/AC so this is different in that as you walk through the house you can really feel a difference in temp from room to room. However, since we're in such a mild climate now it makes sense not to have the entire house so cool and I appreciate the energy savings. Rather than piping AC to the hallways and bathrooms it is going where it is most needed. I also like how gentle and quiet the airflow is in the set-up with the ducts.

"Mike installed a new water heater for me in a rental I own. Home Depot told me everything about requirements (of California and for mobile homes) to pick the best water heater and would not let me schedule installation until it could be delivered to the store in two weeks. I then found Mike online and called him. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."
