Hydro jet uses water at 4,000psi to clean the inside of the mainline drain which connects all the home's drains to the city's sewer system.
Using a snake we can go through the cleanouts on the side of the house.
With the cleanouts snaked, and the blockage located, we can send the hydro jet through the sewer vent and flush out the blocked drain.

"Luis gave us a fair quote and we had no surprises he did exactly what he said. We needed a French drain to pump water out from our back and front yard. He communicated with us along the way so we know exactly what was going to happen next. I appreciate finding a company with honest, hardworking individuals and we will definitely use them for our next project. I highly recommend Brothers Landscape."

"Victor responded right away to repair a leaking pipe in our yard. While on the premises, he took care of a few other minor issues. He was professional, thorough and kind. His fee was fair. I'll be scheduling him to return after the holidays to complete a larger project for us. I highly recommend Victor's company, Grand Oaks Landscaping, Inc for any irrigation or landscaping project!"

Customers say: True professional

"I needed an old refrigerator water/ice line properly replaced. Ly’s Plumbing responded quickly and gave an honest assessment before starting the work, then triple checked the final result before patching and cleaning up. I’m very grateful the project turned out to be not too complicated, and also reassured for future projects."

"We purchased this property intending to renovate and then rent out and keep as an investment, so it was important to create landscaping that renters could not ruin - but we also wanted to create an upper end rental unit.  This means that we need beautiful landscaping that is drought tolerant and indestructible.  The landscaping was completely neglected and as we investigated we realized that every tree had a different problem, the patios were causing drainage problems and the project was much larger than we had originally anticipated.  And we wanted the work completed quickly so that we could get renters in as soon as possible.  We interviewed several companies, and chose C&H.  Very happy with the work!
Great crew:  C&H is a full service landscaping company with a large and flexible crew.  We finalized the bid on Friday and the following Monday a large crew was taking out the trees and starting to demo.  Other companies we had talked to could not handle the entire project - having one crew kept things moving.  This was a large project completed in record time, with amazing results.  Everyone working this job was pleasant to work and very responsive to questions and feedback as the job progressed.  The site was kept clean each day.
Extremely knowledgeable:  We had a few unusual issues and Kent from C&H was the only landscaper to correctly diagnose them all.  One in particular was a tree that had large chunks of sap on the ground and at the junctions.  Other landscape design companies had told me that we didn't have to take the tree down although they did not know why the sap was all over the place.  Kent took a look and showed us that the tree was actually infested with termites and needed to come down.
Right on schedule:  It was a lot of work, and they were right on time with high quality work.  This was very important for this project!
Beautiful work:  This is probably the most important feature, and they over delivered.  The entire house renovated so well that we decided to sell instead of rent, and the curb appeal that the landscaping provided had all of the Realtors gushing with praise.  The property had a front wall creating a courtyard that others had recommended that we remove, but Kent came up with a design that created a wonderful space.  The yard will be easy to maintain yet is still beautiful."

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

Each has its use, depending on the scenario. Security doors are primarily intended to keep people out of the home, while storm doors are used to protect the home from extreme weather. Both tend to be made from heavy-duty metal and may include glass panels to allow light to enter the home. Storm doors can feature mesh screens, just like screen doors, to allow for increased ventilation and to keep out pests. Security doors rarely, if ever, have mesh screens.

If you’re installing hurricane ties, consider other storm-proofing projects. You could call a window pro to install storm windows, get in touch with a door installer to add storm doors, or just ask your hurricane tie installer what other projects they’d recommend you get done at the same time.

The cost of storm door installation is influenced by several factors, including the door's material, type, size, and any customizations. Additional features like high-efficiency models, enhanced security locks, or special screens can also increase the price. Labor costs will also play a role in the final expense.

Most homeowners can expect to pay between $186 and $680, with the cost of installing storm doors averaging $432, including both materials and installation. Labor costs range from $75 to $400, depending on the complexity of the job; however, paying for a professional helps save you time and ensures proper installation. If you go the DIY route, you could spend anywhere from $250 to $1,000 for just the labor kit, which includes the door and hardware. You’ll also need to budget for tools, like a power drill and level, if you don’t already have them.

Professional installation ensures a secure fit, energy efficiency, and proper functionality, avoiding misalignment and air leaks.
