Some of the materials were ordered in the incorrect size and he left a sample of how it would look and gave me the option to change it to my satisfaction.  He deducted the amount of the incorrect supplies. He made sure then that he ordered the right size.  While their prices were higher than others, I felt they were willing to brainstorm with me and to think outside the box and were creative."
