They wore masks and offered to cover their shoes with 'booties' They diagnosed the problems and replaced 3 hose bibs and a garbage disposal.While fixing the older toilet they noted that the bolts connecting the tank to the bowl were leaking so they replaced the toilet. The batroom faucett handle was difficult to turn so Jared diagnosed the problem; the faucett needed new cartridges. He suggested the faucett might be under warranty so I called the company and new cartridges will be sent. All this was completed efficiently within one day. We can highly recommend Plumbing Plus"

We have a rental house in San Diego. I found Dave on Angie's List and gave his number to my renter to have Dave install a gas cooktop which we provided. The new cooktop was slightly larger than the old one, so the hole in the tile countertop had to be made bigger before the new cooktop could drop in. This is what my renter had to say:

"The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.

"I was present while the work was done and the team worked carefully and hard, they were great.
Two and a half kitchens
Four bathrooms
Five bedrooms
Two "great"  rooms (open floor plan)
Four ceiling fans

Hardwood, tile and carpeted floors
Everything went great.  
In addition to the cleaning work mentioned, Jared is also an handy man.  Two extra charge items not in the price above that he did this time were;
1)  Seal the granite counter tops in all three kitchens which needs to be done every 18 months to protect them. 
2) The front door on one unit is Cherry wood and had weathered in the sun from the southern exposure.  He refinished the outside of the door and it looks great.
