"It took me a while to write this review and I'm glad I waited 2 years to do it because I am able to say that the one year warranty was honored in a timely manner, and the quality of the work is evident 2 years later. Charles and his crew is incredibly respectful, professional, and kind. I've worked with a few different contractors now and no one measures up the the level of customer service, containment of the mess that comes with remodeling, and quality of work. Initially the shower tile was not looking good and Charles immediately replaced the tiler with someone else who corrected the job and did a fantastic job. There were 3 instances soon after the job was complete in which a few things needed to be repaired. Charles sent someone promptly and he fixed everything so that it did not need to be repaired again. Charles even hires someone to clean your house after the job. Although she doesn't do a great job, it helps to remove that initial layer of dust from all the furniture and floors. This was my first big remodel that I handled mostly on my own and so I needed more guidance in the design aspect. I was not happy with the color I picked for the cabinets or the size of the sinks I picked. Charles limits his input in the design, so you should know exactly what you want and how you want it. Compared to other contractors, Charles and his team are the best I've dealt with and offer good quality work. He may be a little more expensive but the extra cost saves you the torment of working with unprofessional contractors who may rip you off or do the job incorrectly and end up costing more to repair a bad job. "Absolutely the best experience Iâ ve had with any plumbing service and any other plumber EVER. I called California Plumbing to fix a kitchen sink that was leaking buckets from underneath the sink and had covered my whole kitchen floor with water. After the cleanup, I was constantly having to empty out containers catching the water and replacing towels to keep it â somewhatâ under control. I live in an apartment, so I have to go through the (terrible) property management to resolve maintenance issues. They sent a plumber who seemed baffled by the problem and tinkered around for all of 5 minutes before getting up and telling me -in the form of a question- â uhâ ¦ I think itâ s fixed? Keep an eye on it.â And was out the door. He actually ended up finding a way to make the problem worse! I was not about to call him back to work on the issue as he clearly had absolutely no idea how to fix. So I did some research and, based on other very positive reviews, called California Plumbing. They had a plumber at my door within the hour! His name is Devan Elson, and not only was he a complete professional and a really nice guy; he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was in detail so that I could better understand what was going wrong and why! On top of that, he took the time to exhaust every other possible remedies, tested them in every way possible and made absolutely sure that nothing was overlooked before he left. AND the cost for the work at the end was totally reasonable and fair! I will be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future and I cannot recommend this company enough!!"

The other plumber couldn't figure it out without wanting to replace a lot of piping, Jamie L took the time to listen to my questions about why they would the pipping need to be replaced. "Good. He explained that the reason we were having problems with the faucet was because the opening in the granite was too large and over time it could happen again. He cautioned us to avoid moving the head to the side all the way to the stop on either side to prevent it from happening again. The plumber that had fixed it previously several years ago did not mention that."
