They were excellent, this is my 2nd experience with them they detect where the leak is and they were very good they will use high technologies to detect the leak underground so you don't need to dig or something.

We expected at least closely approximate or specific measurements to be included on at least one of the maps. For this VERY large investment, we consider using the maps for future projects in addition to the current project. This is a VERY expensive service for an individual, so it is expected that measurements be included. A simple Google map printout with lines overlaid is only partially helpful for future projects. The painted lines and flags will eventually fade or fall down. The maps of our private property should also include a grid and measurements, so that we may refer to it for future projects. For this expensive map and drawing, CPL might consider having a second person do measurements while the first person uses the machines for detection and mapping. We would appreciate that you consider that most people don't have the deep pockets of SDG&E. Your service is a home investment that cannot be afforded to be redone for each property project.

The City of El Cajon required a video inspection and repair report of a plumbing return and CPL was very easy to work with. They came out quickly and did a quality job for a fair amount of money.

Leak was found in an extremely professional, competent, and thorough manner. Slightly pricey but not bad--- maybe everyone in this field charges--- and I didn't mind because of the excellence of the work performed. The gentleman's diagnostic abilities and focus on the task at hand were outstanding. The attached photograph shows how the plumbers repaired the leaking pipe under the slab. When they opened up the slab with a jackhammer they confirmed what the leak detection technician had found using his sensing equipment and methodology. I seriously doubt you could find anyone better.

My plumber recommended CPL for a possible slab leak. Mike was very diligent. He checked inside the house for a slab leak but none found. The meter was "ticking" so he checked outside and found the leak in a sprinkler riser. Thanks to his attention to detail I was able to repair the leak and hopefully our water bill will be less. Highly recommend CPL. Very reasonable price.

The first go-around was not productive. The rep lost professional creditability when he couldn't find a leak that would justify 3 times the water usage. I called back in a few days, and the assistant on the phones was really understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, and a really committed problem solver. The head guy came out and redid all the testing - which was much more encompassing and thorough. He identified a leak on the mainline going to the water meter and recommended I fix it. He was a wealth of knowledge and very thorough. I so appreciated their willingness to rethink the situation and applaud their professionalism and commitment to really solving the problem.
