"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

"The tech was professional and arrived on time. The general routine cleaning went fine. However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again. I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved. Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared. I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line. I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.

"The workman was personable and understood the problem I had been having with the toilet backing up a couple of times during the preceding two weeks. I told him that another plumber had been out and recommended the septic tank be pumped. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the lids were replaced as they had been previously. Everything works fine now."

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."
