"These guys were excellent! I'll definitely have them back for more plumbing needs. They (2 plumbers, Kyle & Ehsan) did a new toilet install with one I had delivered and removal of the old one for a flat rate. They worked efficiently, cleaned everything in the process, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and checked what was necessary. They also did some trouble shooting they came across with the original positioning of the toilet placement in tile and a high flange. Instead of telling me they needed to redo the flange which would have cost a lot more, they worked on solutions which saved me from extra costs and work done. They looked out for me and not just trying to make a higher sale of labor and parts. I really appreciate how thorough they were and can see they are passionate about what they do. Also, they are reliable, called/texted promptly, and their communication during the install was great. They gave me a much better price than other plumbing companies and also put on shoe covers to come in the house. Highly recommended!"

When I called the chief executor of Hometown Restoration, he replied quickly, provided a reasonable quotation, and started work straight away. "The crew at Ceiling Specialist did an excellent job with my ceilings! I was under a deadline to have work done in my unit and they were expeditious in the removal of the acoustic ceiling, retexture, and painting. They used high quality materials for the work. The workers were extremely friendly and took great care with clean-up each day. I have 2 floors and vaulted ceilings which can pose quite a challenge, but the work was consistently top notch through the entire unit. In all honesty, I just couldn't live with the popcorn ceiling in my unit. It looked so bad (even worse on vaulted ceilings), I don't know how others in my complex have managed, but I will be recommending Ceiling Specialists to them as well."

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."
