They are absolutely very reliable. They do excellent work. They've done a lot for our apartment building. They are excellent at follow-up. Not only did they make the repair. I had a leaky toilet on the upstairs unit that leaked into the ceiling of the downstairs unit, and they came in and repaired an interior wall leak and then they called us a couple of days later to ask if there was any problem. We could hear water running, but there wasn't any visible sign, so they came back out and did another small repair and they encouraged us not to have the ceiling repaired until they were satisfied that they had gotten all the leaks and had fixed the problem. For a week, we monitored that and they came out every time we say we think they need to come and take another look.
They are very competitively priced, extremely reliable and they are licensed and you are very pleased with them, as well as plumbers. They are very professional, extremely courteous. It is of a father-son partnership and they always come prepared. They never say I had to run down the Home Depot and get this or that. They are very prepared. And, because we don't live on the premises where we have the work done, we are the owners, it is an apartment building, they are very willing to give us a 30-minute heads up call that they are headed there, so that we can coordinate arriving. But, we have never had to sit around and wait for them.
