Once installed, he ensure the area was cleaned (much cleaner than when he arrived). He showed me what he had done and made sure I had no questions unanswered before he left. He did a great job!

"I called John on Monday morning, and he said he would be there between 3:30 and 4:00 that afternoon. He arrived just before 4:00. The toilet had been running so he checked to see what the problem could have been and determined that it was the flapper. So, he drove down to Home Depot and bought one, returned, and installed it. As they said in their website, they did remove popcorn ceiling in one. day. They finished whole project in only 2days!! (Well, my fan wasn't delivered yet when they finished their job, their electrician needed to come the other day to install new light and ceiling fan) Actually tiny amount of popcorn in one closet remained though, it's acceptable. 
Their job was very clean, they even fixed bad joint in the ceiling which we didn't know. The owner Danny Boyd is very kind and easy to reach. Their great job with lifetime warranty, I highly recommend them.
