Jon Mitchell is such a great guy and always followed through to make sure we were happy and that the job was done right. "We are delighted with the work done by Modern Home Remodeling, to install a classy tiled shower, repaint the interior and replace carpets. Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. Our disruption and moving of personal items was minimized as the painting was done in four days and was followed three days later by a one-day carpet installation. Overall, this remodeling brought us upgrades that we already enjoy, a month of amicable and focused contractors, and efficient planning and execution by Modern Home Remodeling and its subcontractors.
