"  On Monday I called 14 Companies that handle servicing Swimming Pools and Leak detection.  Mike of Blue Wave Pools is one of the ONLY people to call me back!  I told him about our pool leak and he explained that he services pool and that such a situation as mine would be a job for the Leak Terminator, Justin...... I called Leak Terminator and Justin came right out and fixed our leak...
 saving us $ 1,500.00 ! 
     I have Mike of BLUE WAVE POOLS to thank for this and I thought it was worth writing this review, as he does not even handle leak detection and call me back anyway!

"San Juan Pools in Valley Center put in the most beautiful pool and spa for us! Jon Mitchell is such a great guy and always followed through to make sure we were happy and that the job was done right. The price was super affordable and the pool turned out amazing; the pool is nestled between our boulders and they managed to build our spa in spite of some large underground rocks. Other pool companies tried to convince us to move the location, but Jon came through and built an even better pool and spa than we envisioned. Thank you Jon!!! I need a design and they couldn't do it because I don't have an existing bathroom where I want one designed. I rated the experience as an A despite the fact that they didn't perform any services because they were incredibly professional and straightforward."

"I had 5 vendors bid the job and they were the lowest cost, I did not feel I was being pressured to buy anything I did not want. They developed the plans and worked with the City to get the permit. Contacted me well ahead of time to setup an install date. They were there right on time, worked the whole time completing the project on time with no problem.

Did all the foot work with PG&E to get the meter turned on. and once everything was completed walked me through the monitoring program and provided a simulated PG*E bill and explained what the billing would look like. They provided the stamped plans, permit card and all the warranties that support the equipment install.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
