"I called Mike on a Friday and he met me the following Monday afternoon to look at the pool and equipment.  He called me before to let me know he was on his way, and he was right on time.  Mike looked at the system in its entirety, and then he found the problems and explained what it would take to repair them.   Mike is friendly and personable, and his expertise is evident in how quickly he figured out what was wrong.  A week later, Mike was back with the parts, and he completed the repairs and service the same afternoon. As before, I had a call when he was on his way, and he was right on time.  Mike went out of his way to ensure that the entire system was working properly, and he gave me additional recommendations to extend the life of the equipment.   
Mike is one of those persons who can lessen your anxiety with his calm approach and "it can be fixed" positive attitude.  I am very happy to find a pro like Mike in my area, and I'll be calling him for all future pool work.

Jon Mitchell is such a great guy and always followed through to make sure we were happy and that the job was done right. The price was super affordable and the pool turned out amazing; the pool is nestled between our boulders and they managed to build our spa in spite of some large underground rocks.
