They dropped service without telling me for the month of March. The lack of communication and their sporadic billing is frustrating.

I recently had the opportunity to hire SD Pool Pros for a few different services such as a filter cleaning as well as to check the levels of my chemicals and brushing/skimming. I could not be more satisfied with the great experience SD Pool Pros gave me and my pool. From the start first phone call Davin was super friendly, flexible and very knowledgeable on how to attack my dirty pool. He was able to get me in the booked for an appointment in no time too during the busy summer season in San Diego! The actual services that Davin and his partner completed far exceeded my expectations! They paid such close attention to detail even going above and beyond a routine job to make sure my pool and spa would be left in perfect condition. Overall I would highly recommend SD Pool Pros to anybody in the San Diego area with a pool or spa in need of professional services. After being recommended to us, my husband paid $250 to get my small SUV detailed for my birthday. From my understanding, the package was to include interior and exterior detailing; wash, wax, dressing, vacuuming, spot cleaning upholstery and carpets etc. The young man came out that evening and was completed within 2 hours. He was very friendly however, upon inspection the next morning, I was really disappointed. I had bugs all over my front grill area, my floor mats were dirty and were not vacuumed underneath, my cup holders still had stuff spilled on them and more. My husband contacted the owner and let him know of the issues and he said he would get back to us after he talked to the technician. After no response for over a week, he contacted him again to which the owner told him he was sick, it was Mother’s Day and the package we purchased didn’t include ceramic coat. He was going to send us a listing of what the $250 package included and get back to us. It is now weeks later and we have heard and received nothing. Very disappointed.
