"California Custom Pools installed an inground Freeform pool for my family and I and they knocked the project out of the park. Our experience with them was tremendous, from the initial meeting at our home to discuss our options to the final inspection. George was our project manager and Austin was our designer and these two gentlemen were amazing to do business with and excelled with customer service. They were sure to answer all of our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. Communication throughout the process was never a problem and they were always available at any time to answer any questions or concerns or provide more details. When I contacted California Custom Pools, George and Austin were out at our home 2 days later for a meeting. 3 days later we had a design and one week later they broke ground with construction. I’m truly amazed at how fast they moved on this project. They started on August 19th and we had water in the pool on September 21st! Absolutely amazing!! Throughout the process, my wife and I had some minor issues/concerns and when we brought them to the attention of George and Austin they took care of it immediately. George also had glow in the dark pebble installed in the pool and glow in the dark sand to border the pool. Very cool feature that our kids love! "This is my one-year anniversary of using Ogre Dan's pool service and I couldn't be happier with the results. "David's performance on the pool build was excellent. Technically, he knows his stuff. He was quick to respond, and navigated county paperwork (which was considerable) to a successful conclusion. We also had considerable hardscaping done around the pool - I cannot recommend this. The lead person, not David, was frustrating."

"From the first, pleasant phone call to set up an inspection for the quote, to coming by to show me how to use my all new heater and filter equipment (i was not home when they completed the work) after completion, it was a pleasure to deal with TM and especially Thomas. He was thorough, gave an honest evaluation of my existing equipment and pool condition, gave me several options, what he recommended and what he felt was not needed and then itemized everything so I could choose what I wanted to have done.... no surprises. I would definitely recommend them for replacing your entire equipment set up, and will be calling them to resurface my pool when it comes time for that. Thanks Tommy!"

From the initial permitting on through digging, plumbing, electrical, plaster and deck installation, everything ran smoothly. "I had a structural issue in my pool, before then I had at least three other companies come out to analyze the issue. When Dan came, he made it so simple and fixed it for me for less than half of the other companies said it would cost. He also followed up with me to make sure that it is fixed. I recommend this company to anyone with any pool issues. If he can’t fix it, he will lead you to the right solution.. then will always be my first call if I ever have any structural issues around my house or if I decide to build a new pool when I move."
