"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "He was professional at first and the job was superb and clean BUT he didn't check the most important part of the job which was to see IF THERE WAS GAS coming out of the pipes where he's supposed to connect the new pipes for an outdoor BBQ grill. After the whole job is done and charged us $400, he found out there is NO GAS and it was basically just a job for him but completely USELESS for us and we paid him $400. WILL NOT RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN. SORRY! We should have gotten half of our money back or something. IT'S super dissappointing!"

"Moore services my HVAC every six months. The crew that came out for my recent call, have been to my house before. Nice to see familiar faces. My main sewage drain clogged in front of my house at 4:50 pm. I called Moore and you’re team came out in 30 minutes. The crew had it unclogged at 5:40 pm. I couldn’t believe it. I was considering taking my family to a hotel. With that clog, staying in the house was not possible. You guys are awesome!!!"

"The pressure pump on our well system failed on July 4th. We have a irrigation system for our extensive home vegetable garden and dreaded the prospect of hand watering half an acre of crops. Romero (The owner of Quality Pump Service) returned our phone call over the holiday weekend within a hour. They are a family run business. He was willing to come to our home and install a temporary pump on Sunday as a new pump would not be available for two days (Remember it is the July 4th Holiday weekend). In short, we were completely repaired in two days with a new pump and new pressure tank. We checked on-line retailers to see if Romero had overcharged us for the new components. He was within 5% of the average retail price which would have been our cost if we had fixed the system ourselves. His team was fast, pleasant and professional and given the holiday emergency response very fairly priced. We feel we can highly recommend Quality Pump Services."
