He happened to be in the neighborhood on his lunch break, and took time from eating to come check in, say hello and fix the plumbing issues. It was fixed in no time and is working like new.
Carlos is always professional, timely, and definitely puts his clients first. I actually had a new client prospect in my office and Carlos politely excused himself to give us privacy. The rep had all the tools and knowledge required to do the above listed work. He was well informed and knowledgeable about industry trends (tank-less water heaters). In less than 90 minutes he had the water heater drained and refilled and the cut-off valve installed. I would recommend and use Benjamin Franklin again for any plumbing issues.
