"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. "Completed on 7/4/2016 but with minor problem. The drinking water faucet is not tight. Contractor said it cannot be tighten. I got the impression that it is just not to rotate it. He put sealer to stop the movement. After about 4 months, the faucet moved and exposed the hole partially. Water can leak through the crack. Requested him to come back to fix it. He said it is not under warranty. It is the faucet problem. My opinion is a good plumber should find way to install properly; if it failed so soon, at least try to come back to put it back right under warranty."

He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested.
