"Excellent. My house is 70 years old & really needed to be updated. This was a scary process for me. I’ve never been able to afford to hire anyone to do any kind of remodeling & was scared of stories from family & friends who have been ripped off having any work done on their houses. I was really impressed with the ideas Dereck had for my bathrooms & especially for my kitchen which made no sense. He took me shopping to pick out materials & with his knowledge & expertise guided me with my choices for tile, flooring, fixtures, etc. I love all of the men who did the work. They know what they are doing & were really meticulous making sure that everything was done to perfection & they cleaned up after themselves everyday. This has been a very long process because of course they ran into problems with some of the plumbing & then had to repipe the house because there was no water pressure. The bathrooms & kitchen have all been totally gutted & redesigned. I love the way it’s all turned out & so glad I went through all this construction including the frustration at times LOL.It was totally worth it."

"We just wrapped up a full bathroom remodel with D2A Construction and I'm beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. From the very first consultation, Dani was straightforward, attentive, and genuinely listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Our bathroom was old, cramped, and honestly kind of embarrassing. Now it feels like a luxury spa — seriously! Dani's crew was polite, professional, and always cleaned up at the end of each day (which I hugely appreciated since we have little ones at home). The tile work is flawless, the new shower layout is so much more functional, and the modern design they suggested works beautifully in our space. There were a couple of small hiccups (as expected with any construction), but Dani handled them quickly and kept everything on schedule. We never felt in the dark. Can’t recommend D2A enough. "BEWARE OF COASTAL KITCHENS & BATHS! This review is for a complete remodel of our master bathroom that occurred in early 2024. This business has no BBB rating. This business has no employees. This business has no presence on Houzz, Angi.com, Home Advisor, Yelp or any place else online and no website. Everyone who works for John Bailey is a sub-contractor. His subs vary widely in quality. Some are good and some are not. His idiot painter tracked white paint all over our master bedroom carpet. When I complained to John about that he responded that we were going to replace the carpet anyway and so what! His sub-contractors had to access the bathroom by going through our master bedroom. THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT DOWN DROP CLOTHs. When I complained to John about that he had them put down tarps that were so filthy that it made our floors even worse than before. When it came time to install the vanity countertop the supplier (Best Cheer Stone) delivered the wrong countertop and John didn't even notice! My wife caught the mistake. John pressured us into accepting the mistake by telling us there would be a 2-3 week delay in the project if we insisted on returning the countertop. He did get us a discount from the supplier but it’s still the wrong countertop. Recently I noticed that one of the bathroom floor tiles had cracked only 10 months after installation so I called John to see if he would replace it. He told me he would talk to his tile guy and get back to me. A week later still no response so I called him back. He clearly did not want to accept responsibility and told me that replacing the tile might damage other tiles. This is nonsense because I have had 3 tile contractors look at the job and none of them said anything about that. When I tried to get John to accept responsibility for the cracked tile he got mad and hung up on me! BEWARE OF COASTAL KITCHENS & BATHS! John Bailey is super sketchy and will blow smoke at you all day long to get your money. He does not guarantee the work and will leave you with a $600 extra charge for tile replacement. I have other complaints too but in the interest of brevity I will stop here."
