The leaking riser section pipe was underground only 6 inches and the entire excavation was about 18 in long x 6 in wide x 8 in deep approx, done by hand tool. He spent more time trying to upsell me a full length underground pipe replacement and trenching than talking about the repair at hand. When I toyed with the idea of a new line above ground without the excavation cost, he described the most absurd design of mounting the new line 3 feet off the ground to show me how ugly and indicated that is the regulation, which is not true. The line and certainly touch ground."

Everything is working and we're happy. We hired him again to inspect our other sprinklers and he addressed the faulty ones and installed updated digital WiFi timers. He’s thorough, efficient and patient. I highly recommend Rainbow Landscaping."
