Upon cutting open the affected water damaged drywall, he discovered a remaining pinhole leak in a drainage pipe from the upstairs bathroom previously repaired by a plumber...or so we thought. He quickly repaired the leak, replaced the drywall section, taped, and textured the wall to match the surrounding surfaces. Upon completion, he thoroughly cleaned the area.
