He spent time with us, accurately described the entire installation process with us and exhibited willingness and patience to hear and understand what we were looking for in the new windows. The American Home Renewal contract was clear, concise and straight forward. The 3 day installation process was fluid and fairly quiet and we were able to work from home. It had a minimal impact on our lives. The crew cleaned up thoroughly every day and took time to make sure we knew how to tilt the windows for eventual cleaning etc. Keith, the Production Manager, checked in a few times during the 3 day installation period to ensure everything was progressing to our satisfaction. The job was more difficult because we wanted a high-traffic, tough to shred, carpet put on it. Enrique did a beautiful job and it looks like it is brand new. Hugo was onsite checking the work every day, and the crew was here 5 minutes before the start time. We?d been trying to figure out a ramp for years so I asked for ideas. This was not a money making job but it was done with just as much attention to detail as all the other work. When they left, they cleaned up stuff the last company left.
