"First he quoted for cleaning duct only that cheaper than other. When inspecting the furnace, it needed to be deep clean. Because the duct clean work had started I want to continue with the furnace deep clean. The total cost was higher than one of the quote that will do same job. It is my fault that I didn't ask everything in front. But they did good job as promised."

"Eric replied immediately and cleaned my area rugs that day. They looked great!"

"Miguel is super reliable, great communication, and very responsive when we have extra cleaning needs. Highly recommend!"

"I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received from Royal Fiber, carpet, rug and couch cleaning company. From the moment the team arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. They took the time to pre-treat high-traffic areas and stubborn stains, and the results were outstanding. My couch looks revived and the carpet looks so clean and new. The drying time was quicker than expected, and there was no harsh chemical smell—just a clean, fresh scent. Pricing was fair, and the level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable, thorough, and high-quality cleaning services.”"

"What a terrific company! The owner, Cindy responded immediately to my request for services. She did a free walk through and gave me her price. I knew immediately that #1 Cleaning was the choice for me. My 3-bedroom rental was not an easy place to clean. It was old and dusty. We had lived there for 23 years so you can imagine. Her crew of two amazingly thorough and very pleasant women were on the case! They were hard working and did not miss a spot. Plus I liked their choices of cleaning products. They scoured every corner of that old house. I anticipate being fully reimbursed for my deposit…thanks to #1 Cleaning! It was a pleasure doing business with Cindy and her crew. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you."

"He did a great job. Showed up on time and finished the job efficiently. Clean and very personable. Would use him again. Thank you for you for the referral"
