"I had hired them come to clean my dryer vents, but this was not the problem. When they took pictures of the vent, it was obvious that it was not clogged. They did clean the vents but did not fix the problems with the dryer which would be keeping hot air. I wish I was advised that this was not the problem and this was not needed before hand"
