"I was really impressed with the service provided by Nadav and he is team. I have a thirty year old home that still had the original HVAC systems. One located in the attic and the other underneath the house. Neither of these installations was simple. The Sky Clean Air team quoted me two days to remove and install new systems. The install crew was really professional, courteous and hard working. The underneath the house install was especially difficult with a tight crawl space in a less than hospital environment. These guys were not a show up at 10 leave at 3 pm crew.......they worked long hours both days to ensure they met the promised schedule.They kept me informed any issues throughout the installation process so there were no surprises. "We recently had Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning come to our house to inspect our furnaces before turning the furnaces on during the cooler winter months and they discovered that both units had gas leaks. The system is 20 years old so it wasnâ t a complete surprise although we had hoped to put off replacing them for about 1-2 years. The technician/ inspector was knowledgeable, thorough and professional in showing us pictures of the worn, damaged furnaces (2). He explained the options for repairs and replacement as well as pricing considerations. In the end we decided to have them install 2 new furnaces and 2 new heat pumps to replace our old AC units. The installation was scheduled and completed within a short time frame and done with as little disruption to our home and family as possible. Efficient and neat in their work, I can happily recommend Same Day Heating and AC. "On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"
