I opted to get a 2nd opinion from Hammer Plumbing. The gentleman who answer the office line, quickly set up an inspection at NO CHARGE to verify the other companies findings and provide me an estimate. Ryan contacted me about my upcoming appointment and went over what he was going to do for the inspection.
