Wade handled the major scope of work, including installing new terrazzo tile floors, updating two bathrooms, and completely redoing our kitchen with beautiful custom cabinetry. He also tackled important infrastructure upgrades, replacing all of the old galvanized steel plumbing and upgrading the electrical panel. Throughout the project, Wade was an outstanding communicator. Even though we live out of state, he stayed in touch several times a day and was completely comfortable managing the project remotely. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on.
