Replied communication is too slow

I had Oscar (owner) in the past but had never met him. My renters said he didn't respond to their calls when I need the original Septic repaired. First time I had him repair (rework) the newer septic. Then I found him again on Home Advisor - great!! He never received the tenant's call. He has 20 years experience. On time. Cleans up. Fast and efficient. Plus, he is a really a nice guy. He has an assistant Josh, also very nice guy. You won't be disappointed.

My tenants and neighbors say they did good work, kept area clean, and everything seems okay, so far...

Oscar called me within 5 minutes from the time I entered my info at Home Advisors website. He met with us that afternoon and gave us a detailed proposal along with an education about septic systems and the annual maintenance which should have been performed to keep the tanks maintained. Not knowing what type of septic tanks we had, Oscar drove to the county, pulled up our records and called us with the information. We have dealt with another septic company for many years and feel grateful that we were referred to Oscar. He and his work crew were always on time and did an exceptional clean up job afterwards. We needed a couple of things redone, Oscar was at our house the next morning and had one of his guys follow up with the remaining work immediately. If you need septic work done - look no further, contact Oscar. Don't waste your time getting estimates from several different contractors, Oscars bids were lower than anyone else's.

This is an outstanding company with outstanding customer service. They were responsive when I called. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job promptly. Oscar was upfront with the pricing. I was charged what I was quoted - no surprises. What really impressed me was the clean-up. All the way down to replacing the dirt and rocks back in place - very respectful of my property. I strongly recommend as this is a true professional.

They did what they said they'd do. They finished the repair in one day. They worked efficiently and did a nice job. The price was a shade higher then local companies but I was satisfied overall.
