If I ever have another plumbing issue in my home, Easy Rooter is the only plumbing company I am going to call. Jr and Josue could not have been more friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had an issue with a clogged drain in our shower. Our warranty company sent over another plumber who looked at the problem and told us he could not do anything about it due to liability issues. He then collected his fee in a hurry and left. Our warranty company then sent Jr and Josue with Easy rooter to take a look at the problem. They arrived the very next day, looked over the problem very thoroughly and worked with us to find the best solution together. They were honest and explained everything at every step of the service call. When they left we had a clear drain and a better understanding of our plumbing system and how to avoid future clogs. These guys are the best!

They upsold me on a service that I believe to be a good investment (installing a pressure valve) and will prevent my 60+ year-old plumbing from bursting when I'm not home. It wasn't inexpensive, but I didn't bid it with anyone else so I have no way of determining whether it was aligned with the market, but the cost was a fraction of what it would have taken to repair water damage. The tech was exceptional and inspired trust.
