"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. "I had an exterior wall of siding that was rotten from the prior owners allowing a vine to grow too close to the house - it was actually fully up into the walls and coming out of the outlets. Armando was quick to respond and was able to get someone out within a few days since I had painters coming. The work was done well, all the rotten wood replaced and new siding put on. "We hired RPS in September 2015 based on an excellent estimate from Rick James, owner, and Paul did the work, an excellent job. Our poor old garage has cedar shakes that had deteriorated on the south and east faces, while the north side was still fine. RPS removed the old shakes, patched some termite damage, and installed new Shakertown cedar shakes that matched the old shakes well. There was a lot of custom handwork and some replacement of wood around doors and on the corners. The project is perfect, and is holding well after 11 months with problems. I recommend RPS for siding work without reservation."
