"David and his crew are amazing! They really know their "stuff". We have a 10 unit condo complex surrounded by lots of trees. Last year they did dry rot repairs, fixed or replaced gutters throughout the complex. It was quite the project! In the fall, we hired them again and they did a gutter cleaning. They really did an outstanding job on both projects. Recently, they cleaned our gutters again and fixed 27 end caps. David's team did an excellent job and even cleared away the leaves in the complex. "We hired RPS in September 2015 based on an excellent estimate from Rick James, owner, and Paul did the work, an excellent job. Our poor old garage has cedar shakes that had deteriorated on the south and east faces, while the north side was still fine. RPS removed the old shakes, patched some termite damage, and installed new Shakertown cedar shakes that matched the old shakes well. There was a lot of custom handwork and some replacement of wood around doors and on the corners. The project is perfect, and is holding well after 11 months with problems. I recommend RPS for siding work without reservation."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
