I contacted Alex to diagnose low water pressure for the toilet and to install 3 new faucets. During the process he uncovered that we had a more major problem with tree roots impeding on the sewer line. This could have been even more stressful, but Alex and his Dad literally “dug in” to diagnose the problem and fixed the underlying sewer line issues. Now we can rent the residence knowing that the plumbing is now in excellent condition. Hard-working and knowledgeable plumbers. They are on my speed dial for future needs.
