Best house cleaners near Healdsburg, CA

"I highly recommend Miguel and his team. They have been cleaning my house for years and always do an amazing job. They are trustworthy, detailed, and easy to work with. They are friendly and leave the house looking perfect. 10/10."

"Eric called me on Sunday after I was looking for a carpet cleaner on Angi's. He cam over to look and gave me an estimate. He came with his son on Monday and cleaned carpets in our whole house. He set up fans to help dry the carpets. Both he and his son were very friendly and respectful. I will highly recommend them."

"Mr. Minor was very cordial, friendly and helpful. He gave us valuable tips to deal with carpet stains in the future. Will definitely work with him again. High quality work. Bob Harris"

"This is a well-run company that extensively trains its employees. When a house cleaner I called quoted $275 for a one-hour clean of my 1200 ft sq condo, I called Home Advisor. Crystal charges $47/hr per person. To schedule me they had to alter their schedule, and I had to pay an extra hour's time for the travel. Three people showed on time, they were courteous and thorough, and the cost was $150 (excluding the travel fee). My wife likes the wood floor to be cleaned with a vinegar/water solution. This is how Crystal normally does this. I think the owner is very detail oriented: there's a form that has to be signed before work starts, and I was asked about 15 questions over the phone about my condo and its contents. After we had arranged the time, they called me to TELL me that they had to come an hour earlier due to a cancellation. I was sick and had scheduled a doctor's appointment and I told them I might not be able to make it back at the new time. The receptionist told me that she would have to charge a cancellation fee if I couldn't keep the appointment at the earlier time-a time to which I had never agreed. I explained to her that THEY, not I, had changed the time and that, if I couldn't make it in time, there would be no "cancellation fee" paid by me. She hummed and hawed and said the standard, "I just work here." As it turned out, I felt better and cancelled the doctor's appointment. I don't know if they actually would have charged this fee; of course, it would have been totally inappropriate it they had.(That's why only 4 stars for "customer service") If the service hadn't been perfect, after this runaround, I would have quickly placed Crystal in the round file. The workers were great, and they did a most thorough and professional job. Maybe management is a bit over the top, but they are not the ones who do the cleaning. I am using them again."

"My daughter got me a couple of hours with Tamah for Christmas. After my session I sent my daughter this email: ---------------------- Tamah Vega and I made great inroads into my garage, carrying all of the boxes of books from there to my dining room. We also filled 2 garbage cans with discarded stuff. And then we culled 4 boxes of books from my bookcases replacing them with books from some of the carried-in boxes. We also did some sorting books into types. Normally 2 contracted hours would buy 2 hours of her and a helper's time but she offered 4 hours of her alone the day after I contacted her because her assistant wasn't available. We worked well together and in fact when we got to the boxed books she dollied 2 boxes at a time into the house while I pulled them out for access. And she climbed the step ladder and pulled out the books I specified.  So thanks again, I highly recommend her services. Dad  😎👍 ---------------------- So 5 Stars..."
