"It is hard for me to believe the good reviews are legit. These guys were awful! Silvero was very eager to do the job, since it was in January and I am sure they did not have much work. He called and called, had his brother come over to take pictures for a quote, so it seemed somewhat professional. Well, they came over, and this is not a big job, used two power washers with way too much pressure, and since I assumed (big mistake) that power washing was relatively easy if you have the equipment I paid Silvero and then looked at the work. Debris everywhere, a broken solar light, a broken pot, a decorative metal sign crumpled up and thrown into a pot and that was just the beginning. The pressure used was so high that the bark in the yard was pushed to the center and gutters were created between the bark and the cement, since the pressure used was too powerful. It took me three hours to get things looking somewhat normal again. I called Silvero and asked for my money back and stated if he had any integrity he would refund the money. He had turned off his phone, since I'm sure he knew I was going to call when I saw what they had done. Of course, he cashed the check right away. I would never recommend this guy to anyone and since there are so many people that do power washing and gutter cleaning I'm sure all of you could find someone better. As far as I'm concerned this guy should not be in business."

"I was preparing my elderly parents move and told her there was furniture and other items she could have. She said she would come a different day to have a truck. We agreed on 10/2 at 11:00 as I needed to be there when she came. After I left my parents house on 9/28 she took their most valuable and sentimental items while they were watching tv. I realized this on 10/1 and called her immediately. She claimed she had misunderstood me and had all the items in her car and would return them. She never came and when I texted her the next day she said she was too busy. She stopped responding to my texts. I called her the next morning and she said her son was in the hospital so she wouldn t be able to come. I offered to meet her but now the items were at her home and she was unable to go get them. I threatened to call the police. I immediately got a call from a man claiming to be her son snd he threatened me with violence. I called the police and it was agreed we would meet at the police station on 10/2 at 6:00 pm. She texted me early that morning saying she couldn t make it at 6 and she had dropped everything off outside at my parents house. She dropped off about half of what she had taken. I informed the police but chose not to escalate the situation because I am afraid for me and my parents of retaliation from them."
