The owner, Eric, quoted the job the day we called and did the work a day later. Our old service just steam cleaned the carpet in about 90 minutes total where as ReR shampooed the carpets first then steam cleaned to remove the soap and dirt. Eric worked all of 5 hours making our carpet look new again!! He even left us a high powered blower to help dry out the house as the humidity had to be one of the highest we have seen this summer. We use a portable steam cleaning machine that can access multiple story buildings such as apartment complexes, high rise buildings and difficult to access areas. - How We Clean: Pre-inspect for type of material, material condition, colorfastness, stains, and overall soiling to achieve best cleaning results. Prepare the area to protect surrounding furnishings and floors. Pre-vacuum to help remove loose soil, pet dander, dust mites, etc. Pre-treat stains and heavily soiled areas. Lightly agitate to loosen stains and soil. Complete steam rinse and extraction to remove soil and stains, leaving upholstery clean, fresh smelling, and almost dry to the touch.

Once on site he explained how he was going to complete the job, and offered some no pressure upsell options to me. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me.
