Alright pay set

The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest.

Jo, our first contact was Exceptional! Very personable and caring about what we needed...explained everything and set up an appointment with Kathy. She also took time to understand our needs and proposed the solution. Both Jo and Kathy worked on scheduling Elizabeth to clean our home. She was very thorough and efficient, as well as extremely personable. I instantly liked Elizabeth and have requested that she permanently be assigned to our home. We are going to continue with biweekly cleaning services. Very impressive company and staff!

They did a great job!

A little expensive but the cleaning was good

Supervisor Melissa Hill took verbal requests for cleaning duties, provided a quote but when the workers arrived I was told that several of the tasks could not be done because it involved moving furniture and cleaning windows. I never received a written contract to facilitate a dispute in services given compared to price quoted. Organization denied certain services were even discussed and without written contract impossible to dispute. Paying $276 for four hours of work is insane, so unless you�re a millionaire don�t hire them. Unethical management for this particular franchise.

Asked to wash walls and chandeliers and other light fixtures and dust above all doors as well as clean the commercial stainless appliances, none got done. some hit and miss windows and they skipped a whole bathroom. They were hired for a whole house deep clean and extra care with some other items. Never so dissappointed in my life. Paid hundreds and could have hired my kids to do a better job. Wanted a clean home to move into and ended up cleaning it ourselves after paying top dollar. No resolution ever made. Would not hire or tell anyone else to use. Caution

Merry Maids is very thorough with the service they provide.

I was pleased with their initial services. We selected the bi-weekly plan and they have only been for the initial visit. I will be able to provide a better review later.

I've only had the initial service, and it was a positive experience. The person who cleaned our home worked smart / hard and spoke positively about Merry Maids, which I paid attention to. I've never used a service like this before and our home was a disaster (2 working parents & a toddler). I'm looking forward to the many benefits of having this service over time & appreciated receiving our very first service. Thanks Merry Maids!

Te two ladies did a fantastic job. I would say above and beyon the call of duty. They will be back on one month.

The free consultation was easy and gave a very accurate and reasonable quote.

The women who cleaned for us came in to a very dirty house and did a great job of the cleaning I needed to have done and were able to do even more'

They were horribly irresponsible, both in work and schedule

Quality of the woek was poor at best.

Tatiana, did a great job. the next time she came she brought someone with her without checking with me first, then told me that this cleaning girl was going to be cleaning for me. I was upset that she did not check with me, the new girl does not speak English and it is very hard to communicate, she cleans very well. I am not comfortable with this situation. I will probably try to get someone else. I feel taken advantage of. I hired Tatiana, not the other girl.

We have a tiny house, so they gave us an apartment rate, which was nice. What really impressed me is that they did not charge us more for the initial cleaning, which every one else was doing. We had to commit to six house cleanings, but I was totally okay with that.

I used the Squeegee Squad window service which is a part of Merry Maids out of Wichita, Ks., they were great!

The merry maids did an excellent job, my house has never sparkled and shined so beautiful. You can't go wrong with this group.
