"It is hard for me to believe the good reviews are legit. These guys were awful! Silvero was very eager to do the job, since it was in January and I am sure they did not have much work. He called and called, had his brother come over to take pictures for a quote, so it seemed somewhat professional. Well, they came over, and this is not a big job, used two power washers with way too much pressure, and since I assumed (big mistake) that power washing was relatively easy if you have the equipment I paid Silvero and then looked at the work. Debris everywhere, a broken solar light, a broken pot, a decorative metal sign crumpled up and thrown into a pot and that was just the beginning. The pressure used was so high that the bark in the yard was pushed to the center and gutters were created between the bark and the cement, since the pressure used was too powerful. It took me three hours to get things looking somewhat normal again. I called Silvero and asked for my money back and stated if he had any integrity he would refund the money. He had turned off his phone, since I'm sure he knew I was going to call when I saw what they had done. Of course, he cashed the check right away. I would never recommend this guy to anyone and since there are so many people that do power washing and gutter cleaning I'm sure all of you could find someone better. As far as I'm concerned this guy should not be in business."

Concrete footer for screen extension poured (at more than twice estimate). Two fence posts were also replaced. Now told screen and roof price increased $13.000 over orig estimate and rep will not explain what the differences were to justify additional cost. He keeps saying I asked for an upgrade, I did not. After getting him on the phone a couple weeks ago, he asked if he could call me back then no call back. After two weeks, I fired him today and now he wants to charge me for work he billed me for that was not done. His name is Peter Evins. I contacted his superior with North Star at their main office months ago when I could not get a response from Peter. He became upset that I was contacting him although I told him Peter was not answering my communications and for what I had paid out I was anxious about this deal. He basically told me never to contact him again to keep contacting Peter."
